1. Who can use HolistiSocial
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum digital-consent age in your country) to use HolistiSocial. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your account credentials secure.
2. Your content
You retain ownership of the videos, comments, products, and other content you post ("Your Content"). By posting, you grant HolistiSocial a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, and distribute Your Content for the purpose of operating and promoting the service.
You are responsible for Your Content and confirm that you have all rights necessary to post it.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Post content that is unlawful, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, or that exploits minors.
- Impersonate others or misrepresent your credentials or practice.
- Make medical claims you cannot substantiate or promise specific health outcomes.
- Spam, scrape, abuse APIs, or interfere with the service.
- Sell prohibited products (controlled substances, weapons, counterfeit goods, etc.).

4. Wellness disclaimer
HolistiSocial is a content and commerce platform. Information shared on the platform is for educational and inspirational purposes only and is not medical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any new practice, supplement, or therapy.
5. Marketplace, Creator Hub, and affiliate program
Sellers are independent merchants and are solely responsible for their products, fulfillment, and customer service. Creators in the affiliate program earn flat-rate rewards ($3 / $5 / $10) per qualifying sale according to the published tiers. Payouts are subject to fraud review and chargeback adjustments.
All purchases are processed via Stripe. Refunds, chargebacks, and tax treatment follow the seller's stated policy and applicable law.
6. Moderation, suspension, and termination
We may remove content, hide accounts, or suspend access at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms or our Community Guidelines, or if required to protect the community. You may appeal a suspension by emailing support@holistisocial.com.
7. Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, specific earnings, follower growth, or sales outcomes.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HolistiSocial is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of $100 or the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms. We'll post the new "Last updated" date at the top. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
